Return / Replacement Period

- The product must be returned with original packaging, box and all included accessories.

- Items damaged due to misuse
- Any product missing original packaging, box or accessories
Refund Policy
- Refund applies only when an order is canceled due to product unavailability.
- Refund will be processed within 1–10 working days via the same payment method.
- Payment gateway charges for the refund will be borne by Cynor.
Replacement Policy
- Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Replacement is subject to availability of the same product in stock.
