- বড় পণ্য সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হয়।
- ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য দেখে গ্রহণ ও পেমেন্ট করতে পারবেন; সমস্যা থাকলে ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ন্যূনতম ১৫০ টাকা।
Return / Replacement Period
- You may request a return or replacement within 7 calendar days after delivery.
Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective or damaged item
- Missing parts or accessories
- Product description on the website was incorrect
“Change of mind” returns are not accepted.
Conditions for a Valid Return
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) must be provided.
- The product must be returned with original packaging, box and all included accessories.

- Items damaged due to misuse
- Any product missing original packaging, box or accessories
Refund Policy
