Return / Replacement Period

• You may request a return or replacement within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

• Wrong item delivered
• Defective or damaged item
• Missing parts or accessories
• Product description on the website was incorrect

“Change of mind” returns are not accepted.

• The product must be returned with original packaging, box and all included accessories.

Refund Policy

• Refund applies only when an order is canceled due to product unavailability.
• Refund will be processed within 1–10 working days via the same payment method.
